Racks

This modular storage rack for a chest freezer provides a flexible and low cost solution for organizing sample storage. Individual racks click together to form a tower of up to 15 holders. One rack holder has a capacity of a single Roborack-96, Comorack-96 or any of the ULT Racks. When using the Loborack-96 with a low cover / Micronic 96-1 Rack, one rack holder fits two Loboracks, providing a space saving storage solution. This is an easy to use light-weight modular storage system.

The sample storage Grid Rack 96 (including cover) can hold 96 (8×12) individual 1.40ml round bottom tubes. The Grid Rack 96 is made from Polycarbonate and manufactured to the industry leading strict tolerances. The rack is standardly supplied with a pre-labelled 1D barcode on side of the rack. Easily opened with one hand, it has a secure and safe locking system as well as being autoclavable up to 100 times. It is free of any detectable RNase or DNase contamination and the endotoxin level of produced and packaged labware is limited to an acceptable minimum (< 0.01 EU/ml). Micronic labware products are manufactured and assembled in-house in a NEN-EN-ISO14644-1 Class 7 certified clean room environment.

The Novitain 50-well Grid Rack positions 50 sample collection tubes in such a way that it is compatible with the Novitain CapCluster-50. The rack is compatible with automated pre-analytical systems and has an open well side design to ensure equal temperature for all tubes during cooled storage. It is an economical solution for the temporary storage of sample collection tubes in a 50-well format. The open well side design ensures equal temperature for all tubes during freeze-thawing. It is compatible with sample collection tubes with a diameter of 13mm, resists chemical solvents, is free of any detectable RNase or DNase contamination and the endotoxin level of produced and packaged labware is limited to an acceptable minimum (<0.01 EU/ml). Novitain labware is manufactured and assembled in-house in a NEN-EN-ISO14644-1 Class 7 certified clean room environment.

These tubes have triple start thread for optimal sealing quality, thick tube walls, sturdy design and excellent properties for ultra low temperature storage. There is 100% quality control on all 2D codes (readability and uniqueness) with Class 7 clean room production and are RNase/DNase and Pyrogen free.
