These high-temperature autoclavable bags are made from heavy-duty polypropylene, offering superior puncture resistance compared to polyethylene. They withstand autoclaving at temperatures up to 136˚C (250˚F), maintaining full containment even at the standard autoclave temperature of 121˚C.
Each bag features an oversized white marking panel, ideal for use with all types of permanent markers. The bags are clearly labeled with “Hazardous Waste” and the standard “Biohazard” symbol, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910.1030).
Designed to resist stretching and puncturing, these bags are highly flexible, leak-resistant, and feature seamless bottoms for enhanced strength and durability. Available in two sizes (12 x 26 inches and 24 x 32 inches) and in either clear or opaque biohazard red, they are supplied in units of 200 bags, with four inner packs of 50 for convenient dispensing and storage.
